Process incoming mail and extract payments using low-speed extraction equipment, following client-specific workflows to prepare checks and invoices for deposit. Handle specialized processing for different account types (including tax and healthcare) while maintaining production and quality standards. Complete required paperwork, report machine productivity, perform routine maintenance and housekeeping, conduct quality checks, and troubleshoot basic equipment issues in accordance with safety procedures and banking regulations.
