Tailor / Draper

Create and recreate costumes for live entertainment, working directly with the Costume Shop Manager to translate designers’ sketches into wearable garments. Supervise costume construction through completion, manage schedules and deadlines, and prepare mock-ups for approval. Lead and delegate work within the costume department, establish construction methods for new and repaired garments, and continuously improve operational efficiency.
