Key Responsibilities

  • •Generate, review, and debug code/configurations that contribute to larger products.
  • •Create designs and unit tests, and implement code/configuration that is reviewed and approved by a more senior engineer.
  • •Deliver moderately complex code/configuration changes across a primarily full-stack development environment (front-end, policy, integration, cloud).
  • •Execute tasks across the software development life cycle, including validation and verification testing (unit and integration testing).
  • •Collaborate across architecture, security, governance, platform, and delivery teams; document deliverables and may mentor programmers, apprentices, or interns.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in IT, MIS, or related field with three years of related experience, or an Associate’s degree plus five years, or a high school diploma plus seven years.
  • •Experience designing, developing, testing, debugging, documenting, and maintaining enterprise software or configuration.
  • •Hands-on experience with APIs, Git-based workflows, CI/CD, automated testing, cloud services, and scripting/workflow automation.
  • •Ability to work from technical designs and patterns to produce clean, maintainable, well-documented deliverables with feedback incorporation.
  • •Experience with AI-assisted engineering, GenAI/LLMs, prompt engineering, tool/function calling, agentic workflows, and responsible AI use in software delivery.
