Key Responsibilities

  • •Input vital vehicle information into the AS 400 system by reviewing condition reports and work orders, updating vehicle statuses and certifications.
  • •Develop and manage relationships with internal and external business partners to support auction operations from start to finish.
  • •Reconcile incoming bills against ordered work/repairs and follow up with customer coordinators, service vendors, and/or account representatives when information is missing.
  • •Respond to customer inquiries about vehicles in a timely manner and assist in resolving problems.
  • •Run Autocheck for inventory, collaborate on arbitration/pending units updates, and keep customers informed of status and resolution.

Key Requirements
