Key Responsibilities

  • •Support strategic prospects and customers in Japan, owning the full enterprise sales cycle with a focus on Digital Natives and Retail.
  • •Develop and execute account plans aligned to each customer’s business needs and long-term goals.
  • •Conduct prospecting and opportunity development in named large and strategic accounts, working with strategic channel partners to generate qualified leads and new customers.
  • •Coordinate pre- and post-sales engagement with solutions architects, customer success, and support teams to ensure rollout, adoption, and expansion.
  • •Provide account leadership through regular activity, pipeline, and forecast reporting; analyze wins/losses and share lessons learned via internal channels.

  • •Experience managing complex sales cycles with large, strategic enterprise customers in Japan.
