Job Summary

Provide premium hospitality service for VIP/Premium Seating guests at Huntington Bank Pavilion, supporting seasonal clients who purchase VIP Cub Access, season tickets, box seats, and other premium seating. You’ll greet and recognize Live Nation executives and VIPs, anticipate guest needs, maintain the lounge ambiance, coordinate with managers and bar staff, and assist guests with questions or issues during events.

Job Function: Administration & Executive Assistance

Key Responsibilities

•Drive the premium hospitality experience for VIP/Premium Seating guests across all VIP areas.
•Give proper recognition to Live Nation executives and VIPs to instill appreciation.
•Anticipate guests’ needs and provide superior service while maintaining a professional appearance.
•Constantly observe lounge/seating areas and uphold the lounge ambiance.
•Coordinate with managers, bar staff, and server teams and assist guests with timing and general information/questions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 16.6 hourly

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent.
•Must have a flexible schedule.
•Ability to diffuse possibly volatile situations with tact and diplomacy.
•Strong diplomacy, verbal, organizational, and interpersonal skills while handling multiple tasks.
•Working knowledge of high-end restaurant operations, seating procedures, guest relations, and problem solving.
