Key Responsibilities

•Partner with the Japan Sales team to identify customer business challenges and technical requirements, and break them into practical, scalable AI solutions.
•Lead technical demos, architecture discussions, RFI/RFP responses, and PoC design/delivery; drive PoC-to-production conversion with measurable business impact.
•Design and implement end-to-end generative AI system architectures, including model orchestration, knowledge base construction, vector database integration, API connectivity, and system integration.
•Evaluate and optimize production performance (accuracy, latency, cost, scalability) by improving prompt structures, inference workflows, and caching strategies.
•Act as technical lead in customer engagements and support commercial execution, account expansion, and long-term trusted relationships; feed insights back to Product/Engineering and support Japan localization.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
•At least 3 years of experience in AI solutions, technical consulting, or related technical roles.
•Experience working on enterprise-level customer projects.
•Strong software engineering capability (Python preferred) to build and integrate production-grade applications.
•Familiarity with generative AI technologies (LLMs, RAG, agent systems, or multimodal models) and cloud deployment (Docker, Kubernetes, or major public cloud platforms).
