Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform quality control testing and monitoring of crushed aggregates, recycle materials, and hot mix asphalt mixtures produced at the assigned location.
  • •Comply with OSHA and MSHA regulations and Tilcon environmental, health and safety policies and procedures.
  • •Provide timely test data to the plant manager and other plant personnel, and recommend process and mix adjustments as required.
  • •Maintain current State agency QC/QA certifications and uphold the quality control program in compliance with agency specifications.
  • •Maintain accurate database and record logs, and support internal and external customers with material specifications and test results.
