Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare and follow up documentation related to credit facilities.
  • •Liaise with back office/middle office and related parties to support customer account activities and daily transactions accurately and on time.
  • •Support the Relationship Manager to deliver high-standard professional service and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • •Maintain a sales-and-service culture, including handling difficult customer situations to satisfaction.
  • •Contribute to process improvement and coordinate assigned projects/initiatives, including client self-pitching activities on transactions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor degree or above, with a preference for accounting, finance, or a related discipline.
  • •Banking-related working experience, preferably in credit or sales-related positions.
  • •Good communication and interpersonal skills to work with others and maintain mature teamwork.
  • •Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and strong organization.
  • •Able to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines; excellent spoken and written English and computer literacy.
