•Partner with Product and Customer Success and collaborate with distributed teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
•Own critical systems end-to-end, ensure production reliability, and lead performance/scalability improvements including CI/CD and incident learnings.

•Strong technical leadership through mentoring engineers and establishing reusable patterns and design practices.
•Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) plus containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes), and observability for logging, metrics, tracing, and alerting.
