Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct quantitative studies of current and future GPU architectures, developing performance and functional models and analyzing pipelines to identify bottlenecks.
  • •Build and enhance performance simulators and modeling frameworks, including capture/replay and profiling of real-world workloads across SoC use cases.
  • •Develop pre-silicon programming and test environments for next-generation GPU and system features across the chip development lifecycle.
  • •Create directed and constrained-random test plans with strong coverage and generate, run, and debug tests across simulators, RTL, emulators, and post-silicon platforms.
  • •Validate designs across architectural models, RTL simulation, emulation, and real silicon, diagnosing functional or performance issues before and after product release.

Key Requirements

  • •Expected to graduate in 2027 with a Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • •Background in Computer Architecture, GPU Architecture, Microprocessor Design, or Memory Systems.
  • •Experience with C/C++, Python, and Linux, including object-oriented software development.
  • •GPU programming and debugging, including CUDA.
  • •Experience with performance/functional modeling and profiling, including trace-driven or execution-driven simulation.
  • •Knowledge of computer systems, compilers, assembly language, and system modeling tools such as SystemC.
  • •Experience with ASIC design, verification, RTL, random-test development, or post-silicon validation.
  • •Deep learning model development or AI workload optimization.
