Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate with service leaders/project managers and customers to understand requirements for on-site installations and repairs.
  • •Serve as direct customer contact for chiller products and equipment, ensuring satisfaction through diagnosis and repair at customer locations.
  • •Use software, hand-tools, and blueprints/engineering specifications to diagnose and repair HVAC/chiller units.
  • •Maintain flexibility to work overtime and weekends as required, including occasional overnight stays.
  • •Enforce safety standards and maintain security and accountability by recording use, wear, and asset conditions; provide coaching/training as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
  • •5+ years of experience in HVAC with systems-level knowledge.
  • •Proven experience starting up air-cooled and water-cooled chillers, including commissioning and post-start performance checks and repairs.
  • •EPA Certification required.
  • •Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major or frequent traffic violations.
