•Train and develop others using roleplay and coaching; monitor and assist the Store Manager with training and development for store associates; complete quarterly goalsetting.
•Use strong written and verbal communication, demonstrate ethical conduct, deescalate situations, promote business goals, and collaborate effectively with the team.
•Ensure compliance (manage personal timecards, maintain Tumi University training, adhere to company policies) and support visual merchandising and client experience standards.
