Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure you have the proper supplies and PPE for each day’s patient visits.
  • •Use technology to access your schedule and navigate to patients’ homes to provide care.
  • •Provide preventative and diagnostic services including phlebotomy/specimen collection, diabetic foot screenings, retina exams, and ECGs.
  • •Collect and manage samples by labeling properly and coordinating drop-off to the appropriate lab or facility.
  • •Deliver patient-centric care with compassion and maintain high standards of professionalism and confidentiality.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 26 - 30 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Previous experience in venipuncture with a high standard of professionalism and integrity.
  • •Ability to operate autonomously and maintain exceptional quality with minimal supervision.
  • •Technologically savvy with comfort using mobile devices for charting and HIPAA-secure messaging apps for care coordination.
  • •State-required licensure and/or proof of training, plus national certification where state licensure is not required.
  • •Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and a valid Driver’s License with current vehicle insurance; completion requirements based on licensure level.
