Deliver heavy equipment safely and efficiently from the rental facility, using real-time access to fleet locations, work orders, and delivery details. Support routine truck service tasks and keep deliveries on schedule while adhering to all safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

•Operate the vehicle according to applicable state and federal transportation laws and safety regulations.
•Transport loads safely and on time over required routes while obeying traffic laws.
•Maneuver truck and trailer into loading/unloading areas and follow loading crew signals.
•Assist with loading and unloading using specialized equipment, including handling skids and returning equipment to designated areas.
•Maintain signed invoices and shipping paperwork (bills of lading) and deliver documentation when routes are complete; perform routine truck service and report maintenance issues.

Travel: Medium travel

Salary: USD 22 - 34 hourly

Key Requirements

•Must hold a commercial drivers license (Class A CDL) or chauffeur’s license depending on state, appropriate for the vehicle weight operated.
•Must pass background and drug testing as required by federal and/or state transportation regulations.
•Must pass a DOT physical (trucks driven are over 10k lbs).
•Must be at least 21 years old to operate a company vehicle.
•Ability to remain focused in a busy environment and provide professional, courteous communication to customers and staff.
