•Communicate difficult or complex concepts clearly with multiple stakeholders across functions and provide input in prioritization of major projects.
•Foster rapid development cycles while collaborating with platform, backend, and frontend engineers to engineer robust ML models and systems for community support initiatives.
•Uphold Technical Standards through design and architecture reviews to elevate technical excellence.

Key Requirements

•PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related technical field; 9+ years building and shipping AI models/products, including 2+ years with LLMs; 2+ years managing machine learning teams delivering large impact; proven leadership and mentoring ability; expert knowledge of ML algorithms and techniques.
