Key Responsibilities

•Guide customers through sales, appraisals, test drives, and financing applications to deliver an exceptional customer-first experience.
•Conduct vehicle condition assessments, document details for appraisals, and communicate findings to Buyers.
•Manage inventory processes including vehicle check-in, daily scanning, and reconciliation.
•Perform cosmetic inspections to meet CarMax Quality Standards.
•Coordinate service appointments, review repair order invoices for billing accuracy, and complete related administrative paperwork and payments.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 15.5 - 32.4 hourly
