Job Summary

Design and build scalable AI and GenAI solutions for international customers, taking technical ownership across the full lifecycle from idea to deployment and optimization. Advise customers on AI technologies, create tailored E2E architectures using OSS and cloud-native approaches, and orchestrate MLOps/LLMOps in production systems. Work with international teams, run workshops, evaluate new AI technologies, and support bids and customer engagements.

•Develop innovative AI solutions and design scalable, practical systems delivering value to international customers.
•Own the technical lifecycle of AI solutions from initial idea through development, final implementation, and optimization.
•Advise customers on AI technologies and applications, and develop tailored solutions based on their needs.
•Design complex end-to-end AI and GenAI solutions using modern OSS and cloud-native technologies, orchestrating MLOps and LLMOps in productive systems.
•Collaborate with international teams, facilitate workshops, and evaluate/recommend new AI technologies to drive innovation.

Key Requirements

•Degree in Informatics, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, or a related field (Master or Ph.D. is advantageous).
•At least 4 years of experience developing and implementing AI and Machine Learning solutions on-prem and in the cloud.
•At least 1 year of experience building GenAI solutions such as RAG or agents.
•Proven technical skills in relevant programming languages, preferably Python, and experience with frameworks like SciKit-Learn, PyTorch, KubeFlow, HuggingFace, and LangChain.
•Ability to design, develop, and deliver software solutions for AI/GenAI projects and work effectively in international teams with German and English communication.
