•Set and execute the strategic vision for MRO, Facilities, and Utilities categories globally, leading enterprise sourcing strategies and improving total cost of ownership (TCO).
•Develop and own the strategic direction for the Operations category aligned with business objectives and global supply chain transformation goals.
•Analyze procurement and contractual situations to identify supplier rationalization and supply base consolidation opportunities.
•Lead, mentor, and develop category managers and sourcing professionals; coordinate with global and regional category leads for alignment across regions.
•Oversee large-scale sourcing projects, negotiations, and contract management; manage a ~$400M spend portfolio and report category performance, risks, and opportunities.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.
•10+ years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing, category management, or supply chain leadership roles in a global manufacturing environment.
•5+ years of direct experience in MRO (Maintenance, Repair, Operations) category management; experience with Facilities/Utilities/Capital Equipment strongly preferred.
•Experience driving change at the plant level, particularly within decentralized operational models (preferred).
•Advanced sourcing techniques, supplier management, SKU rationalization, and value engineering with strong business acumen and analytical skills.
