Job Summary

Drive annual strategic planning for the Product Business Planning & Operations team by delivering data-driven insights, scenario modeling, and performance tracking. Collaborate with product leadership to manage operating rhythms (including QBRs) and partner across Product Management, Engineering, Design, GTM, and Technology Services. Build and maintain reporting dashboards for KPIs and operational metrics, and prepare executive-ready materials to support leadership reviews and goal accountability.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive annual strategic planning using data-driven insights, scenario modeling, and performance tracking to align long-term vision with near-term goals.
•Collaborate with product management leadership to manage operating rhythms, including quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
•Partner with product operations to improve workflows, enhance coordination across teams, and support cross-functional alignment.
•Design, build, and maintain reporting tools and dashboards to monitor KPIs and operational metrics.
•Provide analysis and executive-ready materials for leadership presentations, strategic reviews, and planning discussions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 112,600 - 169,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in product management, strategic planning, finance, or business operations with increasing responsibility.
•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
•Proficiency in financial modeling and revenue planning, with expertise in Excel.
•Experience creating dashboards and reporting systems to support data accuracy and visibility into KPIs.
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills to develop executive-ready materials and influence without authority.
