Job Summary

Repair and restore vehicle interiors and glass by fixing damaged upholstery materials, consoles, seats, dashboards, headliners, and stitching, plus repairing window and windshield cracks, scratches, and combination breaks. Work in Carvana’s Inspection Centers using state-of-the-art tools, follow a Monday–Friday schedule with possible mandatory overtime, and meet quality and customer-experience expectations.

Key Responsibilities

•Repair damaged upholstery materials including cloth/fabric, leather, plastic, vinyl, and other upholstery.
•Repair vehicle interior components such as center consoles, seats, dashboards, headliners, and stitching.
•Color match/dye cloth and fabric to restore original appearance.
•Repair stars, bullseyes, combination breaks, cracks, and scratches in windows/windshields.
•Perform work following the inspection-center production schedule, including possible mandatory overtime based on business needs.

Key Requirements

•Minimum of 3 years of professional automotive interior repair and/or glass repair experience.
•Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools, including lifting up to 60 pounds independently.
•Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license (some positions may require an MVR check).
•Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment with possible exposure to heat/cold.
•Use safety equipment such as face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other protective garments.
