Key Responsibilities

  • •Support growth and expansion of the PathWise business across APAC by working with the APAC PathWise Managing Director and Life Solutions leadership.
  • •Contribute to business development activities, including client pursuits, proposals, pre-sales support, and PoCs to convert opportunities into implementation and licensing engagements.
  • •Prepare and deliver high-quality client presentations, proposals, marketing materials, and executive-level slide decks.
  • •Oversee PathWise implementation and PoC projects, including planning, execution, testing, model validation, user enablement, and transition to business-as-usual operations.
  • •Manage program delivery governance across timelines, risks, budgets, dependencies, and cross-functional stakeholder communications.

Key Requirements

  • •Typically 4-5 years of relevant experience in the life insurance industry, consulting, actuarial transformation, finance transformation, or technology-enabled delivery.
  • •Experience supporting or leading complex change programmes involving actuarial, finance, modelling, data, or technology teams.
  • •Collaborate with solution design experts, modellers, and technology architects to deliver robust client outcomes.
  • •Engage senior stakeholders with professionalism, judgement, and clear communication.
  • •Produce polished executive presentations and client-facing documents, including accurate Excel-based trackers and analyses.
