Head of Product - Business Lending

Own Mercury’s business lending product strategy and P&L end-to-end, setting multi-year direction for segments and originations. Lead and scale a lending product organization, taking products from 0-1 to growth for term loans and lines of credit while building an experimentation loop. Partner with credit, underwriting, risk, finance, and capital markets to shape credit policy, underwriting models, capital structure, and delivery across the lending ecosystem to improve approval, repayment, and loss outcomes.
