Key Responsibilities

  • •Support monthly close and management reporting for monthly board reporting.
  • •Manage quarterly bank compliance certification completion.
  • •Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, including quantitative analysis and ownership of the corporate financial model.
  • •Manage cadence and calendar for long-range planning, annual budgeting, forecasting, month-close reporting, and periodic reporting.
  • •Partner with the SVP of FP&A to enhance budgeting, forecasting, and modeling tools; prepare quarterly board materials and manage related cross-functional follow-ups.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 125,000 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of Finance experience with demonstrated financial planning and analysis expertise.
  • •Strong financial modeling skills, including building cohesive operating models for income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow.
  • •Skilled in budgeting and forecasting and able to own the corporate financial model and key business drivers.
  • •Strong Excel and Power BI skills, plus experience with financial ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite; Hyperion or OneStream plus).
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance (MBA a plus) with strong communication, confidentiality, and ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
