Operations Supervisor

Oversee the day-to-day operations of a warehouse, ensuring work is completed safely, accurately, and efficiently in line with company standards. Lead, motivate, and coach operational teams to achieve productivity, quality, and KPI targets while monitoring performance and cost control. Maintain housekeeping, hygiene, and workplace organization; complete daily management reports; and support continuous improvement and cross-department assistance.
