Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the design and implementation of batch, real-time, and streaming data pipelines in Microsoft Fabric, establishing standards and best practices.
  • •Own the evolution of the data platform for scalability, reliability, observability, resiliency, and cost optimization.
  • •Design event-driven and near real-time data processing solutions that support reliable, scalable data movement.
  • •Establish data observability, monitoring, data quality SLAs, and processes/controls to maintain security and compliance.
  • •Provide technical leadership through architecture/design reviews, code reviews, technical coaching, and governance of engineering standards and release practices.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, or Statistics.
  • •7–10+ years’ experience in enterprise data warehousing, analytics, and data platform engineering.
  • •7+ years delivering data engineering, ELT, and streaming solutions with technical leadership across complex initiatives.
  • •Proven experience designing and evolving scalable, secure, cost-effective cloud data architectures; strong database/schema design and data modeling.
  • •Experience with Microsoft Fabric or Azure (e.g., Azure Synapse, Azure Data Factory, Azure Purview, Azure DevOps) and enterprise data architecture standards.
