Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee daily order-to-cash operations, including sales order processing in Salesforce (SFDC), billing application work, and invoicing in NetSuite for accuracy.
  • •Lead collections using tailored communication strategies, maintain oversight of high-value and delinquent accounts, and proactively resolve order-to-cash issues.
  • •Own cash collections forecasting and rolling cash receipt forecasts using aging buckets and historical collection rates; analyze DSO variance and present action plans.
  • •Design escalation workflows for high-risk accounts and implement automation for collections reporting, forecast refresh cycles, and exception alerting using NetSuite and Salesforce data.
  • •Manage and develop staff, coach policy interpretation and decision-making, and partner cross-functionally across Sales, Finance, Legal, Customer Success, and Business Operations.
