Key Responsibilities

  • •Own overall responsibility for the test strategy and manage test and verification activities across the product lifecycle.
  • •Lead test planning and execution: derive test designs from requirements/system architectures and drive result analysis, deviation assessment, and reporting.
  • •Develop verification strategies, test plans, and verification concepts using modern AI-supported methods to improve coverage and efficiency.
  • •Standardize and improve the test toolchain to enable automation, reusability, and traceability.
  • •Coordinate interdisciplinary teams, manage critical risks, and establish best practices with expert/mentor coaching to drive continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Several years of experience developing, integrating, verifying, or validating complex high-voltage, X-ray, or comparable technical systems, including leading or coordinating test and verification activities.
  • •Experience deriving and implementing test strategies based on requirements, risks, and system architectures.
  • •Solid understanding of hardware and software development processes and their impact on integration, verification, and product releases.
  • •Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements in the medical technology environment (e.g., IEC and FDA standards), including experience creating and maintaining technical and regulatory documentation.
  • •Qualification as an electrical specialist for the lab environment (or equivalent authorization) and strong structured, responsible, and communication skills.
