Job Summary

Own and architect Crusoe’s third-party logistics (3PL) network for on-site Denver operations, shifting logistics from reactive execution to proactive, centralized strategy. Design regionalized warehousing to improve data-center deployment lead times, optimize fungible inventory redeployment, and manage vendor relationships with SLAs, QBRs, and performance dashboards. Partner with Finance and Tax teams to navigate project funding models and sales/use tax compliance across jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, implement, and manage Crusoe’s regionalized and centralized 3PL warehousing network to buffer supply chain shortages and optimize data-center deployment lead times.
•Partner with Finance and Tax teams to align warehousing strategies with project-funding models and localized sales/use tax implications, including tracking to reduce tax exposure across jurisdictions.
•Establish frameworks to identify fungible vs. site-specific inventory and build a dynamic redeployment strategy for relocating high-demand components.
•Establish robust SLAs, QBRs, and performance dashboards to ensure 3PL suppliers scale with Crusoe’s growth.
•Collaborate with Product, Supply Chain Planning, Engineering, and Finance to translate infrastructure roadmaps into warehousing footprint requirements.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,000 - 160,000 annually

•Experience insourcing capabilities previously handled by third-party boutique logistics or customs processes.
•Deep inventory expertise in material planning, lead time management, and fungible inventory strategies in high-shortage environments.
