Key Responsibilities

•Create social graphics, banners, email visuals, ad creatives, and campaign elements in Figma.
•Adapt and resize assets for different platforms while maintaining brand consistency; prepare export-ready files and organize assets.
•Produce post graphics and short-form copy aligned with campaign goals; build and format email assets and support scheduling/hand-off.
•Design basic static and simple animated ad creatives; iterate based on performance data and feedback and ensure platform requirements are met.
•Draft, edit, and repurpose copy for ads, social posts, emails, landing pages, and articles/blogs; proof for spelling, grammar, and formatting quality.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 7 hourly

Key Requirements

•3+ years in digital marketing, content production, social media marketing, or creative marketing support with a portfolio.
•2+ years hands-on experience using Figma for marketing asset creation.
•1+ year creating digital assets and supporting copy for social, email campaigns, ads, blogs/articles, and campaign graphics.
•Ability to follow creative direction, maintain brand consistency, and meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
