Investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and settle complex property insurance claims for assigned caseloads within defined guidelines. You’ll analyze coverage and liability exposure, coordinate with vendors and internal partners, and make Special Investigation Unit (SIU) referrals when appropriate. Using technology for virtual-first inspections and estimates, you’ll manage detailed claim documentation and support catastrophe (CAT) response operations, including on-call availability and potential travel.
