Job Summary

Partner with business leaders to provide HR guidance across onboarding/offboarding, performance, promotions, employee disputes, and employee relations investigations. Advise on restructures, workforce planning, and succession planning, while implementing people policies for the assigned business unit. Use legal and regulatory knowledge to reduce risk and ensure compliance, identify coaching and training needs, and analyze HR metrics with HR COE teams to develop programs and policies.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner closely with business leaders to understand departmental issues and employee sentiment, providing HR guidance across onboarding/offboarding, performance, promotions, potential, disciplinary cases, and employee disputes
•Provide guidance on business unit restructures, workforce planning, and succession planning
•Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, including conducting effective investigations
•Execute and implement people policies for the assigned business unit
•Maintain knowledge of legal manpower regulations to reduce legal risks, partner with legal when needed, and analyze HR metrics with HR COE teams to develop solutions and programs

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience as an HRBP or in an employee relations role
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
•Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
•Fluency in both Chinese and English is a must
