Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner closely with business leaders to understand departmental issues and employee sentiment, providing HR guidance across onboarding/offboarding, performance, promotions, potential, disciplinary cases, and employee disputes
  • •Provide guidance on business unit restructures, workforce planning, and succession planning
  • •Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, including conducting effective investigations
  • •Execute and implement people policies for the assigned business unit
  • •Maintain knowledge of legal manpower regulations to reduce legal risks, partner with legal when needed, and analyze HR metrics with HR COE teams to develop solutions and programs
