Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as strategic finance leader and key business partner to Product & Technology leadership, translating priorities into actionable financial strategies.
  • •Lead financial management across revenue, gross margin, operating expenses, headcount planning, capital investments, EBITDA, and free cash flow.
  • •Drive annual planning, long-range planning, forecasting, and scenario analysis to support growth and investment decisions.
  • •Partner with Product, Engineering, Technology, Sales, Marketing, and Corporate Strategy leaders to align financial plans to business objectives and provide executive insights on portfolio prioritization and profitability.
  • •Establish and govern SaaS and digital business metrics (recurring revenue, retention, customer economics, product profitability) and evaluate strategic investments, acquisitions, and technology programs to ensure disciplined capital allocation and measurable returns.

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • •10+ years of progressive leadership experience in Finance, FP&A, Corporate Finance, Business Finance, or Product Finance.
  • •Experience supporting SaaS, software, cloud, digital platform, or technology-driven businesses.
  • •Demonstrated success leading complex P&Ls and driving performance in large, matrixed organizations.
  • •Proven ability to build, lead, and develop high-performing finance teams; executive communication and influencing skills.
