Key Responsibilities

  • •Wash and physically clean vehicles during the reconditioning process
  • •Vacuum, prep, and detail vehicles to meet Carvana vehicle standards
  • •Apply Carvana lean manufacturing principles and follow standardized work using the 5S model
  • •Focus on interior cleaning and perform interior repair work as needed (e.g., seats, carpets, floor mats, dashboards, consoles, door seals, trunks)
  • •Use provided equipment to clean the exterior (including engines, wheels, wheel wells, and rims) and complete other duties as assigned
