Job Summary

Support evaluation and execution of mergers and acquisitions, strategic investments, partnerships, and other inorganic growth opportunities across the firm. Partner with leadership and teams across Global Strategy, Finance, Legal, Risk, Technology, HR, and external advisors. Lead opportunity assessment and rigorous financial/valuation work (including models and deal economics), manage diligence workstreams, and develop executive- and Board-ready strategy and investment communications.

Key Responsibilities

•Evaluate potential acquisitions, strategic partnerships, minority investments, and other growth opportunities; conduct industry and positioning analyses to identify attractive areas for growth.
•Build and maintain financial models and valuation analyses (e.g., DCF, comparable and precedent transactions, accretion/dilution, synergies) and support investment recommendations.
•Support all phases of M&A and strategic transaction execution, including diligence coordination, negotiation support, and managing transaction workstreams and data rooms.
•Track key issues, risks, dependencies, and decision points through the transaction lifecycle; escalate appropriately and support governance and documentation.
•Develop executive- and Board-level presentations and briefing materials by synthesizing strategic, financial, and market analyses into actionable insights.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 122,000 - 261,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
•8+ years of total relevant work experience.
•3+ years of experience in FIG Investment Banking, Corporate Strategy/Development, transaction advisory, or Management Consulting.
•Experience focused on asset management or broader financial services, with strong understanding of industry dynamics, business models, and competitive trends.
•Exposure to M&A transaction execution.
