Sales Associate, Seasonal

Deliver outstanding consumer experiences as a seasonal sales associate during Crocs’ busiest times. Apply the C.H.A.R.M service model, champion a positive team culture, and assist across store departments including POS system management, customer service, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation, and stockroom operations. Partner with store management to exceed personal performance objectives, serve as a brand ambassador for product collaborations and launches, and follow asset protection, shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance procedures.
