Key Responsibilities

  • •Meet and exceed individual and store baseline goals for personal sales and KPI metrics (conversion, DPT, UPT, client data capture).
  • •Provide a consistent, superior client experience aligned with brand ethos, building strong client relationships.
  • •Partner with the store team through coaching, skill practice, constructive feedback, and openness to new ideas.
  • •Complete assigned tasks and deadlines while managing personal timecards to ensure payroll accuracy.
  • •Follow visual merchandising guidelines and directives, including cleanliness standards.
