Job Summary

Manage and support server infrastructure, cloud services, and core IT systems for the organization. Administer Windows Server and Linux environments, monitor/patch/troubleshoot servers, and handle backup, recovery, and disaster recovery. Support Microsoft 365, public/private cloud (Azure/AWS), and identity services (Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, Group Policies, IAM). Coordinate with external networking and identity providers, troubleshoot connectivity, perform basic database and telephony administration, and document work while following security best practices.

Key Responsibilities

•Administer and support Windows Server and Linux environments, including monitoring, patching, troubleshooting, and server infrastructure management.
•Manage backup, recovery, and disaster recovery processes.
•Support and administer Microsoft 365 services and manage public/private cloud environments (Azure, AWS).
•Coordinate identity and networking services (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, IAM) and act as the main technical contact for external network and infrastructure partners.
•Support network-related projects and connectivity issue resolution; perform basic database administration and support telephony/unified communications (Microsoft Teams Phone, VoIP, CTI), while maintaining technical documentation and security best practices.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 2 years of experience in a Systems Administrator or similar role.
•Strong hands-on experience administering Windows Server environments.
•Good experience administering Linux.
•Experience with Microsoft 365 and public/private cloud technologies (Azure, AWS).
•Understanding of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, and Identity & Access Management; basic networking principles and database/telephony administration knowledge.
