Field Service Supervisor

Lead and oversee the Field Service team to ensure efficient, effective service delivery for customers. Drive business and financial performance by owning P&L for the territory, planning AOP, achieving sales targets, and managing commercial and service metrics including SLA, NPS, and customer satisfaction. Own end-to-end project execution, support growth initiatives (including digital product and SAS), handle customer escalations, and build team capability through strong leadership.
