Perform standardized cosmetic reconditioning to deliver customer-ready vehicles. Conduct cosmetic inspections and final quality checks, and complete advanced repairs such as paint touch-ups, wet sanding, and buffing. Identify defects, select repair methods, and help with auction preparation and moving vehicles on and off the lot. Follow CarMax Environmental, Health and Safety (EH&S) requirements and maintain a clean, orderly work area in both indoor and outdoor conditions.

•Execute standardized cosmetic reconditioning processes to maintain efficiency and quality.
•Perform advanced cosmetic repairs including paint touch-up, wet sanding, and buffing.
•Complete cosmetic and final quality inspections to meet customer-ready standards.
•Identify vehicle defects and determine best repair methods for optimal results.
•Support auction preparation and assist with vehicle movement on and off the lot while following EH&S requirements.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 18.18 - 19.2 hourly

•Willingness to work in indoor and outdoor conditions, including inclement weather.
