Service Delivery Director (Glasgow, GB)

Lead end-to-end IT service delivery to meet contractual commitments, SLAs, and governance requirements. Build trusted client relationships, drive service improvements, and manage major incidents, operational risks, supplier performance, and financial outcomes including forecasting and resource planning. You will lead and develop Service Delivery Managers and international delivery teams while partnering with senior stakeholders to support account growth opportunities.
