Job Summary

Support day-to-day water sports operations across The Red Sea Project, partnering with hotel operators and the TRSP operations team to deliver a world-class guest experience. Ensure activities follow venue-specific SOPs and international rules, maintain water sports equipment and assets, and inspire guests to try new activities through training and accreditation. Participate in operations review sessions, assist with MIS reporting, and apply safety, quality, and environmental management controls.

Key Responsibilities

•Ensure all water sports activities comply with venue-specific standard operating procedures.
•Keep all equipment clean and maintained across the venue and related assets.
•Engage in promotion of water sports activities in the project, including activities outside direct responsibility (e.g., diving).
•Participate in regular review sessions with water sports center management and provide updates on day-to-day operations.
•Apply safety, quality, and environmental management controls; assist with MIS reporting requirements.

•Basic in written and spoken English, with ability to communicate in a second language such as Arabic.
•Proven ability to work within a multi-cultural team.
•Commitment to excellence and a positive, proactive approach with outgoing, approachable guest-facing presence.
•Good swimmer; adaptable; able to drive results forward.
•High aptitude for customer care and effective communication.
