•Support the design, configuration, and ongoing optimization of Workday with a primary focus on Talent, Performance, and Learning
•Work on a mature Workday environment while helping evolve innovative solutions used across the organization
•Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to deliver scalable Workday solutions that drive efficiency and measurable outcomes
•Communicate technical solutions clearly to business stakeholders and work with global or cross-functional teams
•Contribute to documentation, testing, and continuous improvement efforts to ensure HR data security and compliance

Key Requirements

•2+ years of hands-on experience configuring and supporting Workday (Performance, Learning, and/or Recruiting)
•Experience with Workday Reporting, Calculated Fields, EIBs, and Excel-based data analysis
•Ability to clearly communicate technical solutions to business stakeholders
•Experience working with global or cross-functional teams
•Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
