Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead business and functional requirements discussions to gather, validate, and document client and stakeholder needs.
  • •Analyze current-state and target-state processes to identify functional gaps, operational impacts, dependencies, and clarifications needed.
  • •Define and document business and functional requirements, process flows, business rules, user stories, and other analysis artifacts.
  • •Translate business needs into structured, actionable functional requirements for implementation, product, technology, and testing teams.
  • •Support solution definition, testing and readiness activities, including user acceptance testing and go-live preparation, and assist with transition to BAU/closeout documentation.

Salary: EUR 60,300 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Professional proficiency in English and Italian, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • •Working knowledge of issuing, card-processing, and payments operations, including how business requirements translate into operational outcomes.
  • •Business analyst / SME experience strongly preferred in areas such as regulatory, compliance, payment schemes, card processing, disputes/chargebacks, testing, consumer finance, credit cards, loans, debit cards, and retail cards.
  • •6–10 years of proven experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, functional analysis, or solution analysis roles in the Financial Services industry (cards and payments preferred).
  • •Experience supporting and/or leading business analysis for medium to large client-facing implementations, conversions, or migration initiatives across multiple stakeholders and workstreams.
