Job Summary

Design and deliver analytics-driven digital products for executive and business-unit leaders, translating business questions into scalable dashboards, tools, and predictive insights. Own end-to-end data science solution design and delivery, including visualization using Tableau/Qlik/Sigma and ensuring near real-time monitoring of performance, risks, and opportunities. Partner with HR and data engineering to mature Snowflake-based human capital data, consult on insight interpretation, and mentor less-experienced analysts.

•Perform sophisticated analytics (data mining, inferential statistics, predictive analytics) on structured and unstructured data to generate actionable insights.
•Own end-to-end design and delivery of data science solutions, including building visualizations using Tableau, Qlik, Sigma, or other approved tools.
•Extract, evaluate, and reconcile information from multiple sources; communicate key findings and recommendations to diverse audiences.
•Provide analytical consulting and thought leadership to business areas, advising on interpreting insights and embedding analytics into decision-making.
•Co-design scalable solutions for complex business problems, maintaining coding standards/best practices and mentoring less-experienced analysts.

•Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Finance, Mathematics, Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering) or equivalent training.
•Minimum of six years of related experience.
•Domain expertise in areas relevant to banking/financial services, fintech, quantitative risk management, and/or financial regulation.
•In-depth knowledge of statistics and programming (e.g., Python, R, SAS), machine learning, model development, and business information visualization.
•Working knowledge of Snowflake and Hadoop ecosystem (Hadoop, Pig, Hive, NoSQL, Spark).
