Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Director of Engineering to lead and scale MonetizeMore’s remote global engineering organization. You’ll shape culture, drive technical execution, modernize the development lifecycle with AI, ensure security and compliance, and partner with product leadership to deliver high-velocity, scalable ad-tech platforms.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead, mentor, and grow a diverse, fully remote engineering team with a culture of accountability, technical excellence, and psychological safety.
•Structure engineering pods for autonomy with clear career ladders and succession planning; collaborate with Product Management to empower cross-functional teams focused on customer outcomes.
•Oversee architectural integrity, security, and performance of high-volume, low-latency ad-tech infrastructure; balance feature delivery with modernization and cost optimization.
•Maintain robust data privacy, compliance, and security standards across all engineering operations; drive risk management across platforms.
•Establish and monitor core engineering metrics (e.g., DORA, SPACE) and lead AI-augmented tooling adoption to improve cycle times, deployment frequency, and developer productivity.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of engineering experience
•5+ years managing engineering managers in a fast-growing SaaS, Ad Tech, or high-data volume environment
•proven experience leading fully remote, globally distributed engineering teams
•deep understanding of modern cloud architecture and distributed systems
•familiarity with engineering productivity metrics (e.g., DORA) and modernization initiatives
