  • •Lead shift planning and scheduling, ensuring labor availability, production schedules, raw materials, packaging requirements, and equipment readiness.
  • •Ensure successful line start-up and monitor BOM production, including raw material management, recipe adherence, compliance checks, and process confirmations.
  • •Drive line and area performance using QSHE reviews, production efficiency reviews, daily huddles, attainment-to-plan management, and continuous improvement activities.
  • •Manage quality checks and traceability, oversee production completion activities, and lead audits and investigations to resolve issues and implement corrective actions.
