Key Responsibilities

  • •Contribute to discovery sessions and implement CDE requirements, including metadata fields, permissions, folder structures, workflows, and processes.
  • •Manage user accounts, invitations, security groups, and maintain CDE configuration and adjustments for new teams and evolving ways of working.
  • •Define and support Information Standards, including CDE requirements, naming conventions, and project information standards.
  • •Monitor document compliance through established workflows, oversee workflow progress, resolve blockers, and provide regular progress and ad-hoc reporting.
  • •Act as the main point of contact for CDE system queries, conduct audits on file naming/storage/user access, and deliver training for users, super users, and administrators.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience as a Document Controller.
  • •Experience contributing to project or programme Information Standards, including CDE requirements and naming conventions.
  • •Understanding of Building Information Modelling (BIM) in the context of Information Management and Document Control.
  • •Understanding of ISO 19650 standards (particularly Part 2) and their impact on Information Management and Document Control.
  • •Administrator-level experience with at least one CDE/EDMS system (Autodesk Forma, Aconex, ViewPoint, Asite, or Dalux).
