Key Responsibilities

  • •Support store goals and create a positive store environment aligned with store leadership and company goals.
  • •Drive and exceed sales goals through ALO’s Flow initiatives while optimizing productivity and efficiency.
  • •Ensure engaging, friendly customer experiences and maintain effective sales-floor coverage through selling initiatives.
  • •Build and maintain client relationships daily and resolve client needs quickly to ensure satisfaction.
  • •Assist with shipment processing and product flow, including visual merchandising, replenishment, and executing policies and procedures.
