Key Responsibilities

  • •Specify technical product documentation and lead cross-functional technical reviews.
  • •Architect system block diagrams with networking ASIC and CPU suppliers.
  • •Design networking switches, including review of schematics/layout, system bring-up, troubleshooting, and design validation.
  • •Partner with ODM/JDM and component suppliers for bring-up, yield bring-up, and next-generation high-performance, cost-effective technology.
  • •Collaborate with product management and software platform teams across NPI phases and triage/root-cause major customer issues during sustaining.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering with 10+ years of networking equipment hardware system or server/HPC design experience.
  • •Experience designing high-speed Ethernet switches (25G and above) and CPU (Intel, AMD, ARM) cards for datacenter switches or server/HPC domains.
  • •Hands-on experience with schematics/layout, hardware bring-up, troubleshooting, and system-level testing.
  • •Experience working with software platform teams on system bring-up/porting and device configuration at the register level.
  • •Strong English communication skills.
